What can you expect after you book a party?
Expect an initial email from Alicia to confirm the appointment request. From here a series of emails will have you feeling fully prepared and excited for our hair party date.
Once I see you in person we will start off our hair party with sharing some information and discussing all the details about you and your hair. Be prepared for lots of questions as I get to know you and your hair.
Together we will collaborate on what we will accomplish that day to get you closest to or to your goals!
During this party I will be creating an at home hair care and maintenance plan for bringing the absolute most out of your hair!
Once you have had a moment to live in your new look I will check in via email to see how you are LOVING it!
If you are not sure which hair party you need to choose, feel free to reach out before booking!
Cancellation Policies
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a 25% charge of the services booked before a new appointment may be scheduled.
No showing your appointment, or cancelling within 6 hours will result in a 50% charge of the services booked.
Being late for your appointment will result in having to modify the services booked and/or completely rescheduling your appointment, resulting in a 25% rebooking fee.
